Maracame Reposado
Colour of old gold - deep, viscous and inviting in the Riedel glass. A full sweet nose offers honeyed agave and olive-like herbals. Sweet and ample on the tongue, its first flush of honey & herbs slowly yields to an equally full semi-bitter body, rich with agave and peppery spice. Finish is long and luscious with agave, peppery cinnamon, and a lasting herbal aftertaste. Deep, elegant and complex, this is a superbly satisfying top-shelf reposado.
This is a product of Tequila Supremo in Arandas. La Cava de Don Agustín also comes from the same distillery. Those who appreciate Don Agustín Reposado will find that the basic flavour profile of Maracame Reposado is very similar.
