Mezcal Jaral de Berrio
Mezcal Jaral de Berrio is 100% pure Maguey, a variety of Salmiana that has grown naturally in the Mezcal region for centuries. This Maguey is twice as large and has shades of green.
After harvesting, Jaral de Berrio is cooked for 3 days, and the remaining juices are then extracted under the traditional tahona wheel. The juices from both the cooking process and grinding process are mixed together to start fermenting, and then distilled.
