Silver-grey cast - bright and polished with moderate to heavy viscosity. Offering initial aromas of cooked agave, melon and earth, the first sip flows across the tongue with a soft bitterness and deep earthy agave. Yum! Aroma expands to include a whiff of smoke, as the body offers insights into the deepening flavours of agave and earth. Finishes with smoke, pepper and reminders of the earthiness of the fine tequilas of Arandas. This is an excellent blanco at a very modest price. Thanks again, Seth - Espolon Blanco is a keeper.
