Tasted out of a snifter. Clear in color with nice legs, this blanco is very good, but what defines good? IMHO, usually a bold agave flavor with lots of character, a nicely heated finish. The definition for good regarding this tequila is 'easy to sip'. Definitely not an intimidating tequila. Smooth as can be, yet a little lacking in depth of flavor. Aroma: A soft nose of agave and clove. Initial Taste: A thin mouth feel with no entry burn. Initial taste of clove. Body: A decent agave body with light hints of smoke and fruit. Finish: A lightly heated finish of very short duration, with an agave lingering.
