Tasted out of a shot glass. Not my favorite way to taste, but that's all they had to serve it in. I had been wanting to try this one for some time now. I kept hearing good things about it. Well, I think it lived up to its reputation. This a a very nice blanco. If your preference is earthy, and herbaceous , then this is the blanco for you. I love the 'Old Mexico' presentation, and its a great value.
