Tasted in a snifter June 2010.
Mild and floral on the nose, subtle fruit, ripe pear and gentle wood.
Initial taste is light agave, floral with a hint of ginger.
Medium body with light wood, agave and floral spice.
Silky mouthfeel and slightly heated finish leaves a taste of light wood.
Even tho i prefer lowland añejos over highland, Buscadores añejo was a pleasant surprise being both light and yet complex.
IMHO anouter great tequila in the 50$ range that's well wourth a try. As I'm a Fan of brushed glass, i can't help myself rating the distinct purple bottle fairly high aswell.
