Initial taste: Iodine (similar to Islay single malts), citrus, and earth flavors come on dry.
Body: Viscous, rich, and complex body that develops sweetly. Smoke, citrus, and pepper.
Finish: Vegetal finish with smoke and iodine lingering. Incredibly smooth.
Sotol isn't for everyone's taste, but this one is a proper introduction to the spirit. Deliciously complex.
