For a cheap/er tequila this is very good. You'll probably pass based on the bottle alone, it is a no frills affair to say the least. Taste wise is another story, I've had much worse at triple the cost out of a fancy bottle. Dont get me wrong, its not a premium tequila, but hard to beat for the $. I bought it to cook with, but was pleasently surprised when I tasted it. It holds no surprises, just a basic tequila that is refined enough to be reasonably smooth with little alcohol taste or burn. I served some to a buddy, acted as if it were something special and he had no idea. He was convinced it was as expensive as anything else he had sipped. A very "blue collar" tequila, worth the $.
