But I have to say that this blanco is exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. It has a pleasant citrus aroma. The flavor is definitely sweet agave with hints of fruit. Light on the palate, with a wispy finish. While I think that aging enhances the flavor of tequila, this blanco is very drinkable and bound to appeal to most who appreciate fine tequila. I'd seen them and read about them a bit, but never pulled the trigger on buying them. Aroma: A huge nose of fruity agave and citrus. One of the best noses I've ever smelled in a blanco. Initial Taste: Almost as good as the nose. It's a little thin, but there's a great combo of citrus and agave that work really well together. Body: Fairly thin body. Only light pepper spice to go along with the fruity agave flavor. A really clean sipper. Finish: The least impressive part of the tequila because it lacked that agave punch at the end, but the main flavors continue. It's unfortunate that the finish didn't last longer. A really impressive blanco. The only complaints that I could make is that it's a bit thin and lacks the spicy kick. I's buy this and serve it to anyone.
