The anejo is one of my favorites. I know the brand is organic and well crafted, so here goes...

Aroma: Earthy agave with citrus and grassy & vegetal notes.
Initial Taste: Sweet agave entry with nice fruity tones.
Body: Medium body and nice oiliness to it that coats the whole mouth. Still agave forward with a hint of earth. A nice complex spice mix makes the flavor really great.
Finish: A medium-long finish that highlights the agave and spices. Some light vegetal notes are there too and work really well with the agave.

This tequila is why you really have to taste something more than once before writing it off. The first time I had it, I thought it was OK, but a bit too vegetal for my tastes. After letting it air, the alcohol scent got more mild and the fruit notes really came through nicely. This is a very good blanco for all occasions. I don't love the wine bottle look for tequilas considering the beautiful bottles that are out there, but at least the juice inside is pretty darn good.

Very "wild" on the nose.
Initial taste: Sweet and well rounded with no bitterness.
Body: Light with citrus peel, grass, and agave.
Finish: Citrus peel and agave last over the course of a medium-to-short finish with very little heat.

This is a great blanco that's dry and grassy. Very enjoyable, but maybe not to unexperienced tequila drinkers. Not a pretty bottle, but that's okay. The contents are good.

But this one is an exception... Very smooth and worthy of trying..

Aroma: Agave and slight floral.
Initial Taste: A thin mouth feel, its sweet on entry with no bitterness and an initial taste of vegetal.
Body: A well rounded body of agave with hints of earth, floral and ever so slight smoke.
Finish: A lightly heated finish of short duration with a pleasant agave lingering.

I was very impressed by this lowlands tequila. Usually, I prefer highlands tequilas, but this one took me by surprise.

Aroma: A nice grassy nose full of agave, and slight fruit and earth.
Initial Taste: A thin mouth feel, theres no bitterness on entry with an initial taste of clove.
Body: A very nicely balanced agave body with compliments of earth, smoke and fruit.
Finish: A lightly heated finish of short duration with a fruity agave lingering.

Just a great blanco!
