Aroma: A nice mix of agave, caramel, spice, earth and anise.
Initial Taste: Agave and spice. A very pleasant entry.
Body: The wood becomes more evident and complements the other flavors or agave, earth and spice.
Finish: At the end, you get just a bit of black licorice and a pleasant linger/burn that lasts nice amount of time.

The bottles is unique and pretty cool. The price around $50 is fair for a tequila of this quality. For tequila lovers, this is a must try is you like a nice, complex anejo.

Very light nose does not betray what lies in wait. setts on the tongue very well but this tequila needs to be swallowed to appreciate. has a strong oak body with stout legs. It hits hard initially and settles slowly, very nice after an eye opening start. Have a one oz. shot and see what I mean!!! This is a "MANS" tequila, subtle yet bold and never over bearing. You know you've spent your hard earned $ well with this anejo. Slightly oily and leaves the tears we expect from a full bodied Anejo. Now where did i leave my cuban...

Beautiful! This tequila is great from start to finish. It starts with a flavor and taste explosion, very intense but pleasant. Sharp citrus and agave flavor. A little peppery and fiery and then smooth the rest of the way. A very nice surprise. Well worth the cost!
