- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 sprig cilantro
- 1 pinch of ground ginger
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 oz fresh lime juice

Muddle cilantro with all other ingredients, shake vigorously, and pour through a fine strainer over ice in a tall rocks glass.
